Questions, answered
Everything about booking, paying and collecting your tickets. Still stuck? The Student Council is a message away.
Booking
Do I need an account?
Yes. Bookings are tied to an account so you can see your seats, upload payment proof and get updates. Sign up with your name, email and contact number, then confirm your email before booking.
How many seats can I book?
Up to 10 seats per account across all your active bookings. Expired, cancelled or rejected bookings do not count. If your group is larger, the Student Council can raise your limit on request.
Can I book for friends?
Yes. One booking can hold several seats. We only need the booker's details; your friends' names are not collected per seat. Your name is printed on every ticket in the booking.
How much is a ticket?
₱550 per seat, paid online or in cash.
Can I change my seats after booking?
Seat changes are not available on the site yet. The policy is being finalised; ask the Student Council if you need a change.
Paying
What are the payment options?
GCash, with a proof of payment uploaded on your booking page, or cash paid in person to the Student Council. GCash is the only online option; bank transfers and other apps are not accepted.
How long do I have to pay online?
30 minutes from booking to pay and upload your proof. After that the booking shows as closed, but your seats stay locked for a further 10-minute grace period during which only you can still upload. If nothing arrives by then, the seats are released.
What happens after I upload proof?
Your booking goes under review and your seats stay held with no expiry. The Student Council checks the proof and confirms the booking, or rejects it with a reason. A rejection reopens a fresh 30-minute window so you can try again.
How long do I have to pay in cash?
3 school days from booking. Pay the Student Council's designated officer and quote your booking reference. Unpaid cash bookings are flagged after 3 days and may be released.
Where do I pay in cash, and to whom?
At the Student Activities Office, Mon–Fri, 7am–4pm. Quote your booking reference; the officer who receives cash is named on your booking page.
Can I get a refund?
The refund and transfer policy is being finalised with the school and will be published before booking opens.
Tickets and the day
Will I get a digital ticket?
No. Tickets are physical and released by the Student Council. Your booking page shows your reference, seats and payment status, and tells you when the tickets are ready for collection.
How do I collect my tickets?
Once your payment is confirmed, the Student Council prints one ticket per seat with your name on it. Bring your booking reference (for example DD26-7KQ4MN) to collect them.
What time should I arrive?
Registration starts at 4:45 PM, gates open at 5:15 PM, a pre-screening program runs 5:30–5:45 PM, and the film starts at 6:00 PM. Bring your physical tickets; names and ticket numbers are checked at the door.
