The rules of the booking

• You need an account with a confirmed email address to book.
• Each account may hold up to 10 seats across all active bookings. The Student Council may raise this for a specific account.
• Bookings are made for the booker; names of other attendees are not collected per seat.

₱550 per seat. The price shown at the time of booking is the price you pay.

• Online payment: you have 30 minutes from booking to pay and upload proof. Seats then stay locked for a 10-minute grace period during which only you can upload. A booking with no proof after that expires and the seats are released.
• Review: uploaded proof puts the booking under review with no expiry. The Student Council confirms it or rejects it with a reason; a rejection reopens a fresh 30-minute window.
• Cash: pay the designated officer within 3 school days of booking and quote your reference. Unpaid cash bookings are flagged after 3 days and may be released by the Student Council.
• Only payments that match the booking amount and reference are confirmed.

• Tickets are physical and released by the Student Council on presentation of the booking reference.
• No digital or QR tickets are issued. Screenshots of the booking page are not tickets.
• One ticket is printed per seat, bearing the booker's name and the seat number.
• Lost or damaged tickets: contact the Student Council; reissue is at its discretion and may be logged.

Seat changes, refunds and transfers are not available on the site. The policy for these is being finalised with the school and will be published here before booking opens.

• December 18, 2026 at Ayala Malls Manila Bay, Cinema 3: registration starts 4:45 PM, gates open 5:15 PM, the pre-screening program runs 5:30–5:45 PM, and the screening starts 6:00 PM.
• Admission is by physical ticket. Names and ticket numbers are checked against the booking list.
• The cinema's house rules apply inside the venue.
• If the event is rescheduled or cancelled, bookers will be contacted at the email on their account.
